Thank you Rachael Ray!

There are a lot of things I like about Rachael Ray.  I appreciate that she has always been honest about the fact that she is not a chef, but rather a cook.  When our guests ask me if I'm a chef, I say, "Oh, no, I'm just a good cook. (no brag, just fact)  I always thought her idea of a counter top bowl for cooking garbage was a good idea, but never used one because the kitchen garbage was always close by.  Now that I am an InnKeeper and running a commercial kitchen, I have a designated Rachael Ray bowl and I don't know why I waited so long!  The trash compactor in my kitchen is about as far away from the kitchen sink as it could possibly be! I don't know whose brilliant idea that was, but needless to say it is so "not" convenient.  This morning as I stood at the counter cracking exactly 24 eggs, I was thankful for my handy bowl.  It is only when the bowl is full do I walk over to the trash compactor. And so I say, "Thank you Rachael Ray!"
