| We served 11 guests for Easter breakfast this morning and amazingly, the Easter Bunny had time to visit us! We started with baked pears with a brown sugar glaze, topped with blackberries and fresh sweetened cream. Our entree was blueberry/pecan french toast souffle served with chicken apple sausage. And of course juice, coffee and tea. Judging from the smiles on our guests' faces, one is never too old to find a chocolate bunny at your place setting! |
