Introducing...

Thank you to our readers for continuing to follow On The Road to Abigail's.  We are nearing our one year anniversary of owning Abigail's and sharing the adventure via this blog.  It continues to be an amazing path we're traveling and we all know the journey is never done; and sometimes opportunities present themselves along the way.

I have been offered just such an opportunity and have begun writing articles and guest blog postings for The Rogue Valley Messenger, a new online entertainment, community and resource guide for the Rogue Valley and southern Oregon, which will go live on June 15!  I am so excited to be a part of this organization and working with the founder and editor-in-chief as they begin their journey.  It's a new learning curve for me to work with a team of editors and writers and I am looking forward to the process.

With that being said, I'd like to introduce The Rogueing Reporter, a new blog I am writing.  I'd love for you to take a few moments to read what the RR is all about.  While On The Road to Abigail's will continue to focus on chronicling our lives as Innkeepers and offering the personal side of lodging along with the local color of Ashland, The Rogueing Reporter is a weekly blog dedicated to sharing stories and information about life in the Rogue Valley (southern Oregon) and beyond. Sometimes we'll explore other parts of the country and maybe even go global at times! So join us; come along for the ride.  Read The Rogueing Reporter and stay "in the know" of all that's good and celebrated in the Rogue Valley and beyond.

If you haven't already done so, please submit your email address to follow this blog by email. Just a quick typing of your email address in the box labeled "Follow by email" located in the right column on each page of the blog and you'll receive an email every time I post.  You can follow the same process on The Rogueing Reporter and  if you are on Facebook, you can follow the blogs by "liking" Abigail's B&B and The Rogueing Reporter's Facebook pages.

I look forward to having you with us as we continue one journey and begin another.  So let's get going and see what's around the next bend, shall we?!
